WhiteHouseReps provides access to vendor lists, mentorship programs, and related resources (“Services”). These Services are intended for informational and educational purposes only. Results may vary based on the individual’s effort, execution, and external factors.

2. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors such as Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price for the selected Service. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Vendor List Purchases

All vendor list purchases are non-refundable due to the nature of the product (digital, instantly accessible information). Once purchased, the vendor list is considered delivered and fulfilled.

3.2 Mentorship Program

We offer a 100% refund of the amount paid for the mentorship if you follow all provided guidance and instructions in full, and our methods do not yield results for you.

To qualify for a refund:

• You must complete all tasks, actions, and recommendations exactly as directed by your assigned mentor.
• All instructions must be followed in the sequence and manner provided, without alteration or omission.
• You must provide proof of execution for all steps when requested.
• All communication between you and your mentor is recorded for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes.

Refunds will NOT be granted if:

• You fail to follow the mentor’s instructions precisely.
• You modify, skip, or replace any of the recommended steps.
• You are unwilling or unable to complete the program requirements.
• The lack of results is due to your own inaction or deviation from the agreed-upon plan.

Refund determinations are made solely at WhiteHouseReps’ discretion, based on documented evidence of your participation and compliance with the program requirements.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by WhiteHouseReps are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or resell any materials without prior written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

All Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that any particular outcome will be achieved. Your results depend on your own actions, implementation, and external market conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WhiteHouseReps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in question.
