WhiteHouseReps provides access to vendor lists, mentorship programs, and related resources ("Services"). These Services are intended for informational and educational purposes only. Results may vary based on the individual's effort, execution, and external factors.

2. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors such as Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price for the selected Service. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Vendor List Purchases

All vendor list purchases are non-refundable due to the nature of the product (digital, instantly accessible information). Once purchased, the vendor list is considered delivered and fulfilled.

3.2 Mentorship Program

The mentorship program includes a conditional 100% refund guarantee designed to protect serious students who complete the program in full.

Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund at the 60-day mark, you must:

• Complete the full 60-day program exactly as instructed by your assigned mentor.
• Follow mentor instructions in the order, manner, and by the deadlines specified, without modification, omission, or substitution.
• Submit proof of task completion for all assigned steps (e.g., screenshots, receipts, messages).
• Maintain consistent and timely communication with your mentor throughout the program.

Refund Exclusions

You will not be eligible for a refund if:

• You fail to complete the program in its entirety.
• You complete tasks late, out of order, or in a way other than directed.
• You do not provide proof of task completion when requested.
• You discontinue communication or fail to respond to mentor check-ins.
• You attempt to request a refund before 60 days have elapsed.
• Results are not achieved due to your own inaction or deviation from the program.

Important Notes

• All communications between you and your mentor are logged and may be used to determine refund eligibility.
• Refund determinations are made solely at the discretion of WhiteHouseReps, based on documented evidence of participation and compliance.
• Filing a chargeback without first requesting a refund under this policy may result in loss of eligibility for any future services.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by WhiteHouseReps are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or resell any materials without prior written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

All Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that any particular outcome will be achieved. Your results depend on your own actions, implementation, and external market conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WhiteHouseReps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in question.

7. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute (including with a payment provider such as Stripe), you agree to contact us at whitehousereps@gmail.com to attempt to resolve the matter informally. We will review your case and all related evidence to make a fair determination.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Any products mentioned may be subject to intellectual property rights, trademarks, or patents in your country.
